Internet Engineering

Internet engineering is the design, configuration and management of Internet infrastructure. This includes, but is not limited to:

• design and sub-netting of IP networks;
• configuration of IP routers, including use of both static and dynamic routing algorithms;
• configuration of additional Internet infrastructure, including domain name servers (DNS);
• firewall configuration (and rule base management);
• proxy host configuration;
