are designed to help you get the most from your home and office
computer systems.
Many of our services have been pre-packaged and are therefore offered
at fixed-price, to minimize the risk, to you as a customer, of having
to pay more than you can afford for a given task.
For fixed-price services, we generally offer two types of service:
onsite service, where we visit your premises to undertake
the work; and offsite service, where you deliver your computer
to our premises so that we can do the work in our own time.
Fixed-price services are priced in terms of three main components:
- onsite visit charge — this is a £25.00
fee charged by us for a visit by one of our engineers to your
premises. It includes transport, parking and travel time.
- task charge — this is the fee charged for undertaking
a given task.
- onsite supplement — this is the fee charged in
addition to the task charge for the task to be completed onsite
because, while we are onsite at your premises, our time exclusively
dedicated to your task.
Variable-price services are priced in terms of an hour or
day fee rate:
- hour fee rate — our standard hour fee rate is £60.00
per hour for computer services.
- day fee rate — our standard day fee rate is £320.00
per day for computer services.

Software Virus Infection Recovery

designed to try to remove a virus from your computer, and recover
as many of your work documents as possible, depending on the level
of damage a virus may have done to your computer.
Data Recovery
Lost data or files due to inadvertent deletion, virus or trojan
horse activity? Is your computer no longer recognizing your hard
disk properly, or has it simply stopped booting from your hard disk?
If so, and you have data that you would like to recover from your
hard disk, contact us for advice: depending on the condition
of the disk, we may be able to recover some or all of your data.
Software Package Installation and Configuration
Having trouble installing a new software package? Not sure what
to do? Our software installation and configuration service is designed
to provide professional support for non-technically minded users..
Network Design and Installation
Want to network your home or office PCs to share files and peripherals?
Want more than one computer to be able to access the Internet at

Per Incident Hardware and Software Maintenance, Service and Support
Having problems with your computer, or software and not sure who
to turn to? Our per-incident hardware and software maintenance and
support service is designed for computer users who do not have a
support contract with their original computer supplier and need
to obtain service and support at short notice.
